Terms of Service

1. What MyReps is

MyReps is a reputation and vouches platform for online sellers. It lets you host a public trust profile, connect your own Discord bot to collect and display vouches, back up and restore that history, and manage it all from a dashboard. Features vary by plan.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and any Discord bot token you connect.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (at least 13, and the age of digital consent where you live).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post or collect fake, purchased, coerced, or otherwise fraudulent vouches.
• Use MyReps to sell or promote anything illegal, or to deceive buyers.
• Upload content that is unlawful, hateful, infringing, or that violates Discord's or a third party's terms.
• Abuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Vouches and your content

You are responsible for the vouches and content on your profile. You grant MyReps a licence to store, display, and process that content to operate the service. Vouches are intended to reflect genuine buyer experiences; automated checks may flag suspicious activity for your review, but you remain responsible for what you publish.

5. Plans, payments and refunds

• Paid plans (Premium, Business) unlock additional features and are billed for the period you choose (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or lifetime).
• Payments are processed through third-party providers (including cryptocurrency and Cash App). Prices are shown at checkout.
• Because access is granted immediately and digitally, paid periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something goes wrong, contact support and we'll try to make it right.
• We may change prices or plan features; changes apply to future billing periods.

6. Third-party services

MyReps integrates with third parties such as Discord and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Intellectual property

MyReps, its logo, and the software are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our brand or code except the right to use the service as intended.

8. Termination

You may stop using MyReps at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; some data may be retained or deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

MyReps is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that vouches are accurate. You use it at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyReps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law & contact
